Ukrainian forces launched a devastating drone attack on Russian territory on December 26, striking the strategic Temryuk Seaport in Krasnodar Krai and the Orenburg gas processing plant, the world's largest gas chemical complex.

The drone attack sparked fires in two oil storage tanks at the Temryuk port, with flames spreading across 2,000 square meters. Approximately 70 personnel were deployed to extinguish the blaze. The port is a key Russian facility in the Sea of Azov, operating an oil export terminal and a large liquefied petroleum gas facility.

In a separate strike, Ukrainian drones from the "Alpha" Special Operations Center of the SBU targeted the Orenburg gas processing plant, which processes 37.5 billion cubic meters of gas annually. The attack triggered a gas fire in a pipeline and partially suspended the plant's operations.

Russia's Defense Ministry reported that 141 drones attacked Russian territory overnight on December 25, with seven intercepted over Krasnodar Krai. Meanwhile, Russia launched 99 drones and one Iskander ballistic missile at Ukraine, with at least 5 killed and 23 injured in Russian attacks over the past day.
