The trial is currently underway in restaurants located in Chelles, Romainville, Épinay-sur-Seine, Argenteuil, Clermont-Ferrand, Créteil, Noyelles-Godault, Rosny 2, Euraille, Aéroville, Villeneuve-d'Ascq, Belle-Épine, and Drancy Express. These locations span both the Paris metropolitan area and other major French cities, suggesting a comprehensive approach to testing consumer demand.
The halal-certified offerings include a variety of meat toppings: beef options such as shredded beef, pepperoni, and merguez sausage; poultry items including sliced chicken, roasted chicken, wings, and breaded chicken strips; as well as turkey ham.
